Die Verhandlungen zwischen dem Deutschen Apothekerverband und dem GKV-Spitzenverband über eine Liste von Arzneistoffen, die nicht ausgetauscht werden sollen oder dürfen, sind gescheitert.
Die Rechenzentren bitten die Apotheker derzeit, die Weitergabe der Stammdaten an den Deutschen Apothekerverband (DAV) zu erlauben. Mit den Informationen soll die Notdienstpauschale berechnet werden.
Während Phytopharmaka in der Offizinapotheke rückläufig sind (- 1,5 Prozent Absatz, - 4 Prozent Umsatz), legen Umsatz und Absatz im Versandhandel um 4 Prozent beziehungsweise um 6 Prozent zu.
Der Bundesrat hat das ANSG bestätigt. Ab August erhalten Apotheken damit für jeden geleisteten Notdienst rund 250 Euro. Die Länderkammer hat zudem das Rx-Boni-Verbot beschlossen.
Die Frühsommer-Meningoenzephalitis (FSME) ist bislang eher auf die südlichen Bundesländer beschränkt. Rhein und Main sind für Zecken, die die FSME übertragen, offenbar schwer überwindbare Grenzen.

Noch immer gibt es keine Liste von Arzneimitteln, die von der Substitutionspflicht ausgenommen werden sollen. Der Gesundheitsausschuss fordert Apotheker und Kassen auf, bis zum 1. 8. eine Liste vorzulegen.
